Thanks for using Daring Strategy. These Terms govern your use of daringstrategy.com (the “Site”) and anything you buy from us. Daring Strategy is operated by William Smith (“we,” “us”) from New Hampshire, USA. By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

What we offer

Digital products — downloadable toolkits, templates, and guides (such as the Daring Toolkit, “Give Your AI a Brain”). These are one-time purchases.
Services — fixed-scope engagements such as The Plan and The Build, governed by a separate written agreement.
Free resources — guides, an AI readiness check, and industry reports.

Payments

Purchases are processed by our third-party payment providers (such as Lemon Squeezy and Stripe). When you buy, you authorize them to charge your payment method. Prices are in US dollars; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Applicable taxes are added or included as required.

License to digital products

When you buy a digital product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the files or their contents. The product and its contents remain our intellectual property.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the Site — no attempts to break, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access, and nothing unlawful.

AI and your results

Our products help you use third-party AI tools more effectively. We don’t control those tools and can’t guarantee specific outputs or results. You’re responsible for reviewing what AI produces and for how you use it, including following the rules of any AI provider and applicable law.
