Refund Policy

We want you to be glad you bought from us. Here’s how refunds work.
Digital products (toolkits, templates, downloads)
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. That said, we stand behind what we make: if your purchase is broken, not as described, or you didn’t get what you paid for, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll fix it or refund you. We’re reasonable people — talk to us.
Services (The Plan, The Build)
Engagements are governed by your written agreement. For The Plan: if either party cancels within the first week, we refund 50% of the fee; after the delivery call, the fee is non-refundable. The Build is scoped and quoted separately, with terms set out in that agreement.
How to request a refund
Email william@daringstrategy.com with your order details and what went wrong. We’ll respond promptly. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor.
Chargebacks
If something’s wrong, please reach out first — we’ll almost always sort it out faster than a dispute.
