Privacy Policy

Daring Strategy (“we,” “us”), operated by William Smith in New Hampshire, USA, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Information you give us — your email address when you join our list, take the AI readiness check, or buy a product, plus any details you include when you contact us.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processors (Lemon Squeezy, Stripe). We do not store your card details.
- Usage data — basic analytics about how the Site is used (pages visited, device and browser), collected through tools such as Google Analytics, plus standard server logs.
- Interview answers — if you buy and use a Business Brain, everything you type or say during the interview: how you describe your business, your customers, your offers, your voice, and anything else you choose to share. You decide what goes in. Leave out customer contact details, financial account numbers, and anything you would not want written into a file.
- Voice recordings — if you answer out loud, a short audio clip of that answer. It is sent for transcription, turned into text, and not kept, by us or by the transcription service. Only the text goes on into your Brain.
How we use it
To deliver the products and free resources you request, send emails you’ve opted into, respond to you, process payments, understand and improve the Site, and meet legal obligations.
To run the Business Brain interview and generate your Brain files. Your answers are sent to an AI provider so it can ask follow-up questions and write the files you download. The files are produced on the fly and handed to you — we do not keep a copy.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Who we share with
We share data only with the service providers who help us operate, and only as much as they need to do it, or when required by law:
- Ghost — our CMS and email.
- Lemon Squeezy and Stripe — payments. We never see or store your card details.
- Google — analytics.
- Anthropic — the AI that runs the Business Brain interview and writes your Brain files. Your interview answers are sent there to be processed. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, they do not train their models on it.
- Cloudflare — hosts the interview service and transcribes voice answers. Cloudflare does not store the audio or use it to train models.
We do not sell your personal information.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; you can opt out anytime.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe at any time. Email william@daringstrategy.com and we’ll take care of it.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your interview stays in your own browser while you work, so you can stop and come back, and you can clear it anytime with “Start over.” We do not hold an account copy of your interview or your finished Brain. Voice clips are never stored at any point.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change.
